The DINE Healthy Environments Program proudly partners with corner stores, grocery stores, farmers’ markets and mobile markets to help increase access to healthy foods throughout Durham!
HEALTHY STORES AND HEALTHY AISLES
Several Corner Stores and Grocery Stores in Durham are participating in a Healthy Store program. These stores mark healthier items with shelf tags or showcase healthy items on a healthy aisle inside the store. Who is participating?

- Save-A-Lot Grocery Store: 812 Liberty St
- Express Food Mart: 201 E Geer St
- Mangum St. Mini Mart: 801 N Mangum St

FARMERS MARKET DOUBLE BUCKS PROGRAM
Durham and South Durham Farmers’ Markets are proud to offer the Double Bucks program with SNAP/EBT! Shoppers swipe their SNAP/EBT card at the information desk for any amount and the Farmers’ Market doubles their money up to $10. That’s up to $10 to buy more local fruits, veggies, meats, cheeses, eggs and much more! Additionally, WIC participants who receive FMNP (Farmers Market Nutrition Program) coupons, will receive an extra $2 for every $4 FMNP coupon. Where?
